Join us for 3 days of lively and challenging discussions with international lean leaders who will share their fascinating research, experience and challenges related to healthcare innovation.
This program is designed to address Lean implementation opportunities and challenges featuring presentations on practical experiences, research and new applications. The target audience is CEOs, COOs, CNOs, physicians engaged with quality improvement, directors of quality/process improvements departments and anyone else interested in learning more about Lean for healthcare. This year's program features Dr. Kate Silvester from the UK speaking about the NHS implementation to the accounting side, which should be of great interest to CFOs. We also have Dr. Kavita Patel joining us representing the White House, which guarantees there will be some lively discussion regarding how Lean will be included in the Healthcare Reform plan/funding.
